- Enhancing visibility of Safaricom Home Fibre by branding the allocated estates
- Setting up the customers and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Providing timely, high-quality advice and support to the customers
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Achieve set Acquisition and Revenue targets month on month.
- Upselling & cross-selling packages for potential clients.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales related Field
- Good written and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Must be diligent,aggressive and people oriented
- Fast Learner and passion on sales
- Must exhibit confidence and have an outgoing personality
- Creativity and commercial awareness
